This condo is one of the finest in Shore's of Panama. It's fusion of modern and coastal casual décor makes you feel like your at the beach, without the loud color schemes of older traditional beach houses. Along side the great décor, you'll have every modern appliance your used to having at home...including a Keurig. So enjoy that cup of coffee on the double balcony, or enjoy a glass of wine with your friends as you take in the serene views at sunset. And for those occasional rain spouts, you'll enjoy our HUGE smart TVs.

The entire condo is available to you with your private code.

I will only meet you if you have any issues with the condo. You have complete privacy, but can rest easy that the property manager is available should any issues arise 

 

Why should you choose a Ohana Vacays vacation rental?

** Personal door codes for our Wi-Fi enabled door locks are emailed to the primary guest 1-3 days prior to arrival. Resort Fees vary based on the size of the condo and are purchased onsite (in the lobby) based on unit size. This will be an additional cost that is not included in your booking through OhanaVacays.

**ALL bedding is professionally laundered and wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh and clean for each new guest. Upon every cleaning, our top-notch housekeeping staff brings and makes the beds with not only the fresh/wrapped sheets and pillowcases, but also comforters/bedspreads, and even the extra blankets in the closets! Ask any other property owner or property manager if they provide this service to their guests!

**24 hour, 7-day a week, emergency maintenance services. If you have an emergency after-hours, you will be connected with a live, local maintenance specialist to assist with anything you may need!

 

Booking Rules:

*Minimum age requirement: 25

*The required down payment and a completed, signed, and returned Rental Agreement will be required to fully confirm your reservation

*All reservations may be subject to an additional refundable security deposit

*All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $200 to cover reservation handling, payment processing, as well as refund processing.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm CST. Excluding holidays.

**PLEASE NOTE: Messages, emails, text messages, etc. are not monitored outside of our standard business hours. If you are a current Ohana Vacays guest and are experiencing a property emergency after-hours, please be sure to follow the provided instructions and call our main office line directly.

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
